VCN- For private enterprises to feel secure to invest capita and to truly see that the environment and institutions are increasingly friendly, ensuring investors safety must have 'rules of the game' clearly defined and transparently. The allocation of resources focuses on improving the quality and feasibility of preferential policies.

VCN- Looking at Vietnam's economic prospects in 2021, many experts believe there are some risks. They include the accessibility of the Covid-19 vaccine; uneven economic recovery in partner markets; the trend of monetary easing and devaluation of the domestic currency in many Asian countries; and increasing trade remedies in importing countries. Therefore, Vietnam will continue to focus on improving itsmacroeconomic foundation and reforming the economic institutional system in a direction more creative and friendlier with the environment, associated with the effective treatment of risks, especially associated with Covid-19, in the context of the "new normal" will be the "guideline" in the right direction.

VCN- According to Deputy General Director of Social Insurance (Social Insurance) of Vietnam Tran Dinh Lieu, statistics show that, there are still more than 99% of the workforce in the informal sector has not participated in voluntary social insurance. This is a major issue to mobilise all people to participate in ensuring the goals of universal social insurance.

VCN- At the request of the Government, electronic toll collection will be completed by 2020onall roads. Although there were 800,000 vehicles stuck with the non-stop automatic toll collection card (ETAG), but very few cars used it. The transport company wants this fee to be paid later; the Ministry of Transport also said this solution is reasonable but very difficult to implement; and businesses charge that it should be slowly.

VCN- The effects of the Covid-19 epidemic on the Vietnamese economy have become more obvious when nearly 16,200 enterprises temporarily suspended their business in the first two months of the year, increasing 19.5% compared to the same period last year.

VCN- The Covid-19 epidemic has a strong impact on transportation businesses, the revenue is affected by adecline in customers. Many transport businesses have to "cluster", and at the same time cut operating costs.
