VCN - Despite experiencing four waves of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially the fourth wave that broke out in the past few months, enterprises have faced many difficulties, but some real estate companies still have large profits, mainly concentrated in the group of enterprises listed on the stock exchange.

VCN - While most commercial housing projects are implemented in urban or inner-city areas, a number of social housing projects are implemented in suburban areas, with some even very far from the center. Due to the unfavorable location, with incomplete utilities and infrastructure, as well as a lack of convenience for people, many social housing projects face difficulties in finding buyers.

VCN - It is forecasted that there will be many prospects for the second half of 2020, but Vietnam's economy still faces many difficulties due to the impacts of Covid-19 in the previous period as well as complicated developments of the disease in Da Nang. Therefore, more than ever, the "dual goal" of combating the pandemic and reviving the economy should continue to be implemented with the first priority being to fight against the virus.

VCN – For the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the economy, the Prime Minister required a quick response to finance, economy, and production to compensate for the economic decline caused by the pandemic. One of the important solutions emphasised by the head of the Government is to focus on clearing public investment disbursement bottlenecks to promote development and remove bottlenecks for the economy.
