VCN - The General Department of Customs has recently requested local Customs Departments to develop solutions to facilitate customs procedures for businesses and speed up customs clearance and goods release to avoid congestion at the border gate during the Lunar New Year 2022.

VCN - Enterprises are liable under the law for the transportation and preservation of goods and are permitted to put the goods into use after they have been certified by the Customs agency for customs clearance.
