22 enterprises with tax arrears from 2016 stopped this operation, closed their tax codes and left their registered business addresses. Lien A Chau Joint Stock Company has the highest tax arrears of nearly 37 billion vnd; Long Son Nguyen Single Member Company Limited of over 21 billion vnd; Vu Hong Minh Company Limited of 13.6 billion vnd; Van Thinh Company Limited of over 6.3 billion vnd; Tan Tai Thang Import and Export Company of over 4.6 billion vnd; Asia Join Company Limited of over 4.5 billion vnd; Gau Do Company Limited of over 4.5 billion vnd; Saga Company Limited of over 4.3 billion vnd; Nguyen Phung Company Limited of over 3.7 billion vnd and Minh Minh Tam Electronics Company Limited of over 3.7 billion vnd.
The above tax arrears mainly come from tax recovery from post clearance audits at border gates, but the enterprises closed their tax codes and did not pay to the State budget.
The tricks of these enterprises are to massively import lots of goods in a short time and reduce prices of imported good prices to a very low level in order to avoid post-Customs clearance audit to evade taxes, and then stop operations, causing loss of state revenues of tens of billion vnd.
Increase over 800 billion vnd in budget collection from post clearance audit VCN - Through this important activity, Customs authority collected 806.4 billion vnd to the State budget. |
It is acknowledged that, through the consultancy and post-Customs clearance audit, the HCMC Customs Department increased 1,424.716 billion vnd for the state budget in 2016 and 367.3 billion vnd for the state budget in the first five months of 2017.
