3 Korean enterprises owed tax debt in nearly 20 years
According to Hai Phong Customs Department, the enterprise that has the largest amount of tax debt and longest in the above 3 enterprises, is Sulan Vietnam Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd.
Currently, this enterprise owes a total tax debt approximately 2.8 billion vnd of 29 declarations that opened in 1998 and 1999. Although Customs authority has implemented many measures to urge the company to collect a debt and coerce to stop doing Customs procedure,… the enterprise would not pay the tax debt.
According to Hai Phong Customs Department, the enterprise shut down operation and production then business owner ran away.
In the second case, Cachee Vietnam Co,. Ltd has owed tax debt of 276 million vnd of 9 declarations that were opened in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009.
The third case is Hyup Jin Vina Construction Co., Ltd. Company has owed nearly 250 million vnd of 3 declarations which were opened in 2012.
Currently, Cachee Vietnam Co,. Ltd and Hyup Jin Vina Construction Co., Ltd have shut down their operation but they have not closed tax code.
