According to representatives of the Hanoi Taxation Department, till 30 April 2018, there were 3 businesses with debts related to land of VND 1.1 billion, including: Mai Linh Limited Liability Company, Hong Ha Food Joint Stock Company and Duc Tai Private Enterprise.
In addition, 112 businesses owed taxes and fees with the amount of VND 95 billion. Some companies have large debts such as Phuong Thanh Investment Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (tax debt of more than VND 27 billion), RTS Financial Investment and Asset Management Company (tax debt of over VND 25 billion), Thu Do Limited Company (tax debt of over VND 5 billion), and Binh Hanh Dan Company Limited (tax debt of over VND 4.5 billion), etc.
Remarkably, out of the 112 enterprises, there were 10 large debt enterprises that the Department of Taxation publicly posted from 2015 to 2016 with the amount of VND 53.5 billion. However, the debt of these businesses is large, so the Hanoi Taxation Department will continue to publicize a second time for these units in June 2018. For example: Ion complex Investment and Management Company (tax debts of VND 15.8 billion), HANDIC Consulting - Investment and Development JSC (tax debt of nearly VND 15.7 billion) and Engineering and Technical Transfer JSC (tax debt of over VND 6 billion).
With the debts till 14 May 2018, although the tax authorities have implemented compulsory measures for the units as prescribed, there were 5 enterprises with large tax liabilities of VND 62.9 billion over 90 days.

In the first 5 months of 2018, the Hanoi Taxation Department publicized 570 units owing taxes, fees and land rents with total outstanding debts of VND 1.3 trillion. As a result, 157 enterprises and projects paid tax debts of over VND 30 billion.
