Amending and supplementing the Decision for establishing the National Steering Committee 389

The decision stated clearly that, amending and supplementing some articles of Decision No. 389 such as: amended the acronyms of the National Steering Committee against smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting: "the Steering Committee 389" changed to "National Steering Committee 389".
Amending and supplementing Article 1 of Decision 389 about composition of National Steering Committee 389: Deputy Prime Minister assigned by the Prime Minister as Chairman; Minister of Finance as Permanent Deputy Director; Deputy Director including: The Minister of Industry and Trade, Minister of Defence, and Minister of Public Security.
The members include the Deputy Minister of: Finance; Industry and Trade; Home Affairs; Justice; Agriculture and Rural development; Medical; Transportation; Science and Technology; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Information and Communication; Deputy Chairman of the Government Office, Deputy Inspector General of the Government; Deputy Director General of Vietnam Television; and the Deputy Director General of Voice of Vietnam.
National Steering Committee 389 has its Permanent Office at the Ministry of Finance and is responsible for advising, collecting and helping National Steering Committee 389, Head of the National Steering Committee 389 (including the Deputy Director) direct, coordinate the fight of anti-smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods from the central to all levels; guiding, inspecting and supervising the agencies and functional forces and permanent agencies of the Steering Committee 389 of branches and localities in implementing the direction of the National Steering Committee 389, Head of Steering Committee 389 countries.
