VCN – According to information from Tra Linh Border Post, Cao Bang Border Defense Force arrested a woman while was carrying 87 kilograms of firecrackers crossing the border.

At 3:30 PM on 12/10, during the patrols and inspections in the border area of Xuan Noi commune, Tra Linh district, the working group has discovered a woman who was carrying goods with lots of suspicious signs. In there, the working group asked this woman to present papers for administrative examination and found out inside the sacks containing many boxes of firecrackers.

The working group has taken this woman and the above goods to the office for investigation. At Tra Linh Border Post, the woman claimed that her name is Lo Thi Ha, lives in Phong Chau commune, Trung Khanh district, Cao Bang province. During the investigation, Lo Thi Ha confessed that she went to China to buy those firecrackers and brought back to Vietnam to sell for making profit

The case is currently being verified and investigated for clarification in order to execute the subject in accordance with regulations.
