Ha Noi publicizes 147 businesses with tax debts of over 63 billion VND

VCN- Ha Noi Tax Department has just publicized 147 businesses with debts of taxes, fees and land rental fees of 63,443 million VND. This is one of the solutions to urge businesses which still delay in paying tax debts to the State budget.

In which, 145 businesses have debts of taxes and fees of 58,480 million VND, and 5 businesses have debts of a land rental fee of 4,963 million VND.

Minh Xuan Joint Stock Company (Bo De Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City) has highest debts of a land rental fee of 3,176 million VND. Followed by Quang Chung Service and Trading Real Estate Joint Stock Company (lane 219 Trung Kinh, Ha Noi) of 922 million VND.

There are 145 businesses with debts of taxes and fees from 9 million VND to 2,504 million VND.

According to Ha Noi Customs Department, the synchronous and effective implementation of measures and solutions, in which the publicity of businesses with tax debts to recover debts, helps the debt management of Ha Noi Customs Department achieve many positive results.

As a result, in the first 6 months of 2017, total debt collection reached 6,445 billion VND. Hanoi Tax Department publicized 792 businesses with debts of taxes, fees and land rental fees of 2,793 billion VND. After publicizing, 249 enterprises paid 101,701 million VND to the State budget.

From the beginning of the year, determining tax debt management in Hanoi has been a challenge which must be overcome of Taxation and businesses to ensure stable State budget revenues, the Hanoi Tax Department has assigned the task of debt collection to each unit and each tax officer.

At the same time, directing units to drastically implement the measures to urge and enforce tax debts in accordance the provisions and procedures, especially focusing on businesses with large debts and recoverable debts; well collaborate with relevant sectors (especially Public security, commercial banks, State Treasury) in debt management and tax debt enforcement.

Ha Noi Tax Department also resolutely applies strict measures, such as debt enforcement and publicity on the media and the website of the Tax Authority for the list of tax debtors deliberately delaying tax payment.

It is acknowledged that Steering Board on urging the recovery of debts of taxes, land use fees and land rental fees in Hanoi regularly maintained its operation, and the Hanoi Tax Department advised to establish Steering Boards on urging the recovery of debts in 30 districts and towns.
