Ha Noi Tax Department to apply e-invoice before September 30

According to the Ha Noi Tax Department, 27 e- invoice providers in Ha Noi that have met technical conditions, infrastructure and database connection quality, have coordinated with the Ha Noi tax Department to deploy e-invoices.
Ha Noi tax Department said e-invoice providers selected by the tax authority have met technical conditions, infrastructure and database connection quality, and havecoordinated with the department to deploy e-invoices.
Tran Vi Phan, Head of Information Technology Division, Hanoi Tax Department, said that to speed up the application of e-invoice, the department has publicized and instructed data standards in accordance with the General Department of Taxation’s direction on components containing electronic invoice data and approaches to data transmission and reception by tax authorities.
It has also exchanged and answered problems in deploying e-invoices. Answering these problems has removed difficulties and helped e-invoice providers expand customers, thereby speeding up the application of e- invoice of enterprises.
E-invoice providers also recognise and appreciate the solutions Ha Noi Tax Department has deployed. At the same time, they express determination in coordinating and understanding difficulties and obstacles of enterprises and organisations to work with the department to support taxpayers during the implementation.
To hit the target of all businesses in the area usinge-invoices before September 30, Ha Noi Tax Department said it will continue to coordinate with providers in deploying e-invoice andsupport providers to back up data and convert data according to the regulations of the General Department of Taxation.
