VCN – Through the discussion with Customs News reporter, Mr. Phan Van Yen, Deputy Manager of Cau Treo Border Post said that Ha Tinh Border Defense Force coordinated with Bo Ly Kham Xay Police (Laos) to successfully open a criminal investigation No. 473-LV, arrest 2 people and seize over 1 ton dried cannabis.

Accordingly, implementing the investigation No. 473-LV plan, at 4:50PM, on 18/6, at Nam Nua hotel, Nam Den Village, Pac Ca Dinh District, Bo Ly Kham Xay District, the working group deployed a squad and caught two traffickers while transporting narcotics, seized 1,000 pieces of dry marijuana with total weight was 1,028 kg and two cars.

At the investigation agency, the subject claimed that they were Na Thăm Ma Nha, 26-year-old, and Chay Kẹo Bun Ni, 25-year-old. Both of them live in Thoong Na Mi village, Pac Ca Dinh district.

Mr. Phan Van Yen said that the case has been handed over to the Bo Ly Kham Police for investigation and processing.
