Accordingly, during the peak month - "the month accompanying taxpayers", taxpayers including organizations under the Hanoi Taxation Department and individuals paying personal income tax at the Hanoi Taxation Office (not including taxpayers who are obliged to submit tax at Tax Branches) will submit personal income tax finalization documents at Hall A1 of La Thanh Hotel.

During this time, the Hanoi Taxation Department will strengthen staff to support and receive personal income tax finalization documents including: Personal income tax, tax declaration & tax accounting, information technology, and support from members of the youth union. Accordingly, all units will work together to respond quickly to the needs of taxpayers in a timely fashion. In addition, the Hanoi Taxation Department will also arrange computers, equipment and transmission lines to support taxpayers effectively. Taxpayers will even be provided free parking when conducting personal income tax finalization procedures.

Particularly on Saturdays (25th March 2017 and 1st April 2017), the Hanoi Taxation Department will handle personal income tax finalization dossiers of taxpayers at Hall A1 of La Thanh Hotel. For other tax administrative procedures, the Hanoi Taxation Office will perform at the Single Window point as usual.

For individuals filing personal income finalization dossiers without time limit, they should avoid submitting dossiers at peak times so that they do not have to wait.

During the peak month - "the month accompanying taxpayers" to perform personal income tax finalization for 2016, the Hanoi Taxation Department expects taxpayers to observe the Law well and recommends that enterprises and individuals should carry out personal income tax finalization procedures in line with tax regulations.
