E-tax refund is identified as a public service at level 4 which is a tax refund form that taxpayers must send tax refund dossiers and receive feedback and refunded amount via electronic system without presenting at the tax offices In order to help enterprises to make the best use of utilities of e-tax refund, ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax refund dossiers and supplement capital for enterprise’s business and production, at the conference, enterprises listened to introduction of leaders of competent divisions in Hanoi Tax Department about e-tax refund process and IT applications on e-tax refund. Particularly, representatives of enterprises also shared problems in the application of e-tax refund over the past time. The conference also spent time discussing and removing obstacles in an e-tax refund.

The implementation of the e-tax refund will help enterprises not need to come to tax offices to present the tax refund dossiers.
