Holding in custody four containers of imported used pianos

According to Customs Enforcement Team – HCM City Customs Department, the unit worked with Saigon port area 1 Customs Branch to inspect an import shipment from L.K.T import – export and Investment Co., Ltd. (HCM City), and discovered nearly 150 sets of pianos without declarations and incorrect customs declarations.
For the YAMAHA piano, enterprise declared it was importing eight sets. However, the actual goods included 98 sets with many models which were different from the declaration.
Regarding electronic keyboard pianos, it had one set including stand and stood that was the brand CASIO, model PL40RV. The total amount of goods was 15 sets valued of more than VND 30 million.
Additionally, Customs authorities also discovered this enterprise failed to declare 34 sets of pianos of all kinds.
Currently, there are three remaining imported containers of this enterprise being inspected for clarification by Customs Enforcement Team in accordance with other forces.
