Imported luxury Cars-huge increase

VCN - Different from every other year, in early 2019, top price luxury cars imported via Saigon port increased, reaching a huge rate in imported car turnover.

Regarding to information from the Customs Branch of Saigon port area 3, from early 2019 to present, the volume of luxury cars imported to Ho Chi Minh City via VICT port increased sharply.

The total of 700 imported cars have an import turnover reaching over 28 million USD. Enterprises have completed custom clearance for imported luxury cars from Europe to Vietnam such as: Audi, Porsche, BMW …, which are worth over ten billion VND per car.

Hiep Phuoc port did custom clearance 2 months ago for over 7000 imported cars in the first 2 months of 2019, and nearly 8,000 imported cars were cleared at Ho Chi Minh border gates.
