Accordingly, the People's Committee of Lang Son province requested the departments and members of the provincial Steering Committee 389, the People's Committees of districts and cities to thoroughly implement the Official Telegraph No. 90 / CD-BCD dated 13th July 2015 of the National Steering Committee 389 to launch the combat against smuggling, production and trading of counterfeit goods as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and supplementary foods; Plan No. 77 / KH-UBND dated 3rd August 2015 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province on implementing the peak time campaign against smuggling, manufacturing and trading of counterfeit goods as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and supplementary foods.

The Border Guard Force shall strengthen the patrol and control of key routes and areas in order to promptly prevent and detect as well as strictly handle acts of smuggling or illegal cross-border transportation of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and supplementary foods that are counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, goods of unknown origin ...

In particular, Lang Son Customs should strengthen inspection and control at border gates and areas in customs operations; combat and struggle for, detecting, arresting and strictly handling violations related to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and supplementary foods.
