Listing construction enterprises in large tax debts

Hanoi Tax Department continues to publicise a list of 191 units owing taxes, fees and land related debts with total amount of VND 3,382 billion in April 2019.
In which, 183 enterprises owe VND 2,586 billion of taxes and fees; fiveenterprises owe 251 VND billion of land rent and threeproject owners owe land use fees of VND 544 billion.
In this list, there are 71 enterprises owing VND 24 billion of taxes and fees, that is publicised for the first time. Topping the list is Hanoi TDC Investment - Construction Joint Stock Company with a debt of VND of 2.8 billion as of February 28, 2019.
In addition, 112 enterprises owe VND 2,562 billion of taxes and fees that were publicised in 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018. Song Da Joint Stock Company - Thang Long is on the top of the list with a debt of VND 360 billion as of February 28, 2019.
The Hanoi Tax Department also lists two units owing VND245 billion of land rent for the first time: Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 4 – Van Xuan with a debt of VND 219 billion as of February 28, 2019 and Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Company No. 68 with a debt of VND 26 billion as of February 28, 2019.
Threeunits owing VND 6.1 billion of land rents to be republicised are 842 Transportation construction joint stock company with a debt of VND 3 billion as of February 28, 2019; Road 230 Joint Stock Company with a debt of VND 1.4 billion as of February 28, 2019 and 120 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company with a debt of VND 1.6 billion as of February 28, 2019.
In addition, this list also has familiar tax debtors such as Lung Lo Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with a debt of325 billion as of Marchas of Marc1h1, 2019; Vietnam CT International Joint Stock Company (with a debt of VND 129 billion as of March 31, 2019; My Son Investment and Import-Export Joint Stock Company with a debt of VND 89 billion as of March 31, 2019.

Since the beginning of 2019, the Hanoi Tax Department has publicised 182 units owing taxes, fees and land related debts with a total amount of VND 284.8 billion.
However, after the publicising, only 56 enterprises and projects paid VND 8.7 billion to the state budget.
