Specifically, 100% of the information received via the hotline has been classified and handled in a timely fashion by the Standing Office. In which, a great amount of information was processed by local Customs and competent forces with positive results, contributing to the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods. Through the information, evaluation and analysis, the Standing Office has eliminated information that can be used for personal purposes and unfair competition. The meeting received comments from representatives of the competent forces such as: Customs, Border Guard, Coast Guard Police, Market Management and press agencies. For his/her duty, the Standing Office’s officials will receive, analyze and process information in accordance with regulations. Accordingly, 100% of the information received via the hotline will be handled according to the document system and is fully stored in accordance with operational activities and law. Officials must evaluate and propose to the Standing office’ leaders by transferring under functions and tasks of each competent force (Customs, Tax, Coast Guard Police, Border Guard, Police, Market Management), and monitoring the reporting regime of competent forces in processing information. Also, Mr. The mentioned there should be measures to encourage people, organizations and enterprises to take the initiative in boldly denouncing acts of smuggling, trade fraud, producing counterfeit goods and low-quality goods; denouncing acts of irresponsibility, covering-up, abetting and negative behavior of officials and employees of competent forces. |
