VCN – According to Mong Cai Customs Branch (Quang Ninh Customs Department), the unit has arrested a subject that transported 1.24 kg of synthetic narcotic.

At 1AM, on 11/5, at the Customs Enforcement area of Zone 3, Ka Long Ward, Mong Cai City, Mong Cai Customs Branch has discovered and arrested YAO RONG (Vietnamese name is Dieu Vinh), was born in 1977 in Hunan, China, currently lives in Phuong Hoang International Tourist Area, Dap Cau Ward, Bac Ninh province, Bac Ninh province about illegal drug trafficking across borders.

In there, the working force checked and found inside YAO YANG luggage had 1,000 grammes of Ketamin - a type of synthetic narcotic. He declared that it was KTV synthetic drugs and 240 grammes of synthetic drugs under fun water type.

Currently, the working group has made a record, took the testimony, hand over the subjects and pieces of evidence to the police office for handling in accordance with regulations.
