Quang Ninh: Building team of drivers to forward goods to China

Import and export activities in the area of Mong Cai city - Quang Ninh province

Quang Ninh Industry and Trade Department has just sent a document to departments and sectors, including Quang Ninh Customs Department about importing and exporting goods to China across the border.

The document also quoted the Notice of Covid-19 Prevention Committee of Guangxi (China) on strengthening the management of the pandemic from abroad at land and waterway border gates.

Facing the above situation, the Industry and Trade Department suggested the departments, sectors and localities continue to monitor the situation in the border areas in order to proactively set production plans, packaging, delivery and export of goods through border gates, open roads, avoiding congestion and other adverse impacts.

Suggesting People's Committees of border districts/cities continue updating and regularly providing information on the progress of goods delivery and other related issues at the border gate area in the province, especially arising policies of China which can possibly affect goods delivery, cargo clearance, import and export activities.

It will closely coordinate with competent forces at the border gate areas to properly and fully implement the guidelines of the Ministry of Health in the prevention and control of the pandemic involved in import and export activities.

Orienting the enterprises to deploy export activities to the Chinese market in the form of exporting goods paid full tax, implementing the regulations of traceability, declaration on planting area, packaging facilities, as well as related requirements to improve product quality, meet regulations and standards agreed with China in order to make good use of market opportunities that China recovers demand of manufacture and consumption to restore production and consumption needs when the pandemic is controlled.

Encouraging and calling enterprises operating logistics services to support enterprises operating in agricultural, seafood and fruit through prioritizing to preserve fruits which have been harvested and waited for export; reducing costs of storage, transportation and loading goods.
