VCN –After an implementation period, the Ministry of Finance found that the origin declaration used to prove that vehicles have been cleared by Customs is not appreciated. A proposal to abolish the procedure for certifying the origin declaration of imported vehicles has been sent to the Prime Minister by the Ministry of Finance and supported by relevant ministries and agencies.
