VCN - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister – Truong Hoa Binh has given opinions to directed competent agencies to answer and solve business’ recommendations that granted operational certificate about providing service of certifying public digital signature.

Accordingly, organizations and enterprises licensed to provide public digital signature certification services shall draw up documents to the Prime Minister for reflection and recommendations related to difficulties and obstacles in the implementing the Circular No. 305/2016 / TT-BTC dated 15/11/ 1616 of the Ministry of Finance prescribing the rates, the regime of remittance, management and use of service charges to maintain the inspection system of digital signature status.

Regarding this problem, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned Ministry of Finance to preside and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice in considering and solving the recommendations of organizations and enterprises licensed to provide public digital signature certification services in accordance with the law.

The Ministry of Finance should report the results to the Prime Minister before 15^th June 2017.
