State Treasury: Detecting more than 10,000 non-compliant expenditures

According to the treasury's report, in spending for capital construction, till September 30,disbursed capital and accumulated disbursed investment capital under the 2019 plan through the State treasury are expected to be VND 188,472 billion, 49.8 percent of the plan.
Specifically, capital allocated by the Government for disbursement is VND 187,069 billion (reaching 49.9 percent of the plan assigned by the Government). Of which: capital for construction disbursement is VND 15,607 billion (reaching 51.1 percent of the plan assigned by the Government); disbursed Government bonds is VND 9,369 billion (reaching 26.8 percent of the plan); disbursed capital for the target programme and the national target programme is VND 24,092 billion (reaching 61.6 percent of the plan).
In addition, revenue for disbursement is VND 1,402.9 billion, reaching 43.3 percent of the plan assigned to the State treasury.
For recurrent spending, till September 30th, the expenditures were VND 654,684 billion, 62.8 percent of State estimates for recurrent spending through State treasury. This amount did not include expenditures for debt repayment, aids or reserve finance fund.

Remarkably, through the control and State budget spending, treasury units detected 10,547 non-compliant expenditures and requested for supplementing required procedures and refused to pay VND 37.5 billion.
