According to National Steering Committee 389, in recent time, the market of gas production in the country has many complicated developments, unfair competition, violating the law with such acts as refilling smuggled gas, counterfeit gas, poor quality, illegally seized gas cylinders...

The above situation has been reported by the Vietnam Gas Association to the National Steering Committee 389, relevant ministries and mass media on the status of law violations of some enterprises, productions and trading of gas; as well as difficulties, delayed processing of local competent forces.

Furthermore, in order to protect the brand, create a healthy and equal gas trading environment and protect consumers' rights and safety, Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung, Permanent Deputy Director of National Steering Committee 389 requested that provincial Steering Committee 389 to direct competent forces to focus on basic investigation, review and strictly inspect activities, production and trading of gas for taking management measures in accordance with the law.

At the same time, to intensify the inspection, examination and strict handling of violations; Promote propaganda about the harmful effects of fake gas, poor quality, encourage the entire population not to cover up and participate in denouncing violations.
