Accordingly, the Prime Minister assigned Minister of Finance to chair and coordinate with representative agencies and related authorities to strengthen warning; inspection; supervision and handling for enterprises suffering losses, and with signs of insecure financial situation, in accordance with regulations. Then report the result to competent authorities.
The Prime Minister also requested other Ministers and agencies including: the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Academy of Science and Technology, the State Bank of Vietnam and the People's Committees of Bac Giang, Binh Duong, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Kien Giang, Kon Tum, Lao Cai, Quang Nam, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces to learn from mistakes of reporting and incorrect format as stipulated.
These ministries and agencies shall promptly report to the Finance Ministry in accordance with the Government's Decree No. 87/2015 / ND-CP dated 6/10/2015 on the supervision of state capital investment to enterprises; financial supervision, performance evaluation and disclosure of financial information of State-owned Enterprises and related legal documents.
