According to the General Department of Taxation, the 2019 Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (referred to as Vietnam Law Day) will be organized from September 16 to November 30, 2019, the peak week to implement activities is from November 5 to November 10, 2019; The Financial Law Day will be organized from August 15 to September 15, 2019, the peak week is from August 26 to August 30, 2019.

Specifically, the General Department of Taxation requires its units to promote dissemination of new legal documents, especially financial legal documents in appropriate forms and results of law enforcement, administrative reform, administrative procedure reform in newspapers and magazines in and outside the finance sector.

Focusing on providing information, writing articles and conducting interviews to disseminate law development and enforcement, administrative reforms, good models, effective ways in law dissemination and education.

Praising collectives and individuals who have made achievements and contributed to law-making; propagating and educating law, encouraging individuals and organizations to abide by law and policies.

In particular, the General Department of Taxation requests its units to introduce solutions to reform and simplify administrative procedures and provide legal support to enterprises.

Specifically, the units promptly control the issuance of administrative procedures and avoid issuing unnecessary administrative procedures; review, simplify and improve the implementation of administrative procedures.

Tax agencies also need to promptly announce and publicize administrative procedures under their management so that people and enterprises can access information on administrative procedures in a timely, adequate and convenient manner; focus on innovating and enhancing the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures, expanding online public services; strengthen inspection, examination and supervision of administrative discipline.

The General Department of Taxation also requests its units to promptly provide legal information and dialogue, answer policies, remove difficulties and obstacles in practical application of legal documents to enterprises and taxpayers.
