Taxation Sector: Refunding VAT over 64,000 billion vnd in 9 months

VCN- In the last 9 months, Tax authorities of each level have issued 12,209 decisions for refund with the total of drawback is 64,377 billion vnd.

In that, refund to exporting is 9,844 dossiers with total drawback is 44,660.6 billion vnd (equal to 119.3% over the same period), refund to investment projects is 1,321 dossiers with total drawback is 17,357 billion vnd, refund to negative cumulative in 12 months is 306 dossiers with total drawback is 1,760.6 billion vnd (equal to 12.2% over the same period), refund to other cases is 728 dossiers with total drawback is 579.1 billion vnd.

The results of a tax refund as follows: Advance refunding then checking later for 9.234 dossiers with the amount of drawback is 40.644 billion vnd; Advance checking then refund is 2,975 dossiers with the amount of drawback is 14,093 billion vnd.

As of 27/9/2017, the total amount of VAT refunded was 71,968.8 billion vnd, including 1,057 billion vnd was transferred from 2016 as the decision in 2016; Expenses for the tax refund decision in 2017 is 70,911.8 billion vnd.

The amount of VAT refunded accounted for a reduction of VAT refund is 747.6 billion vnd. The estimated amount of VAT refund that is still used as of 28/9/2017, is 33,778.8 billion vnd.

Also in 9 months, there are 1,659 enterprises have made electronic reimbursement declaration, accounting for 27.58% of the total number of 6,015 enterprises participating in the pilot with the total number of dossiers receiving is 3,987 dossiers, total amount of tax refund is 22,451 billion vnd.

The total number of dossiers that is completed on the system is 1,223 dossiers with the total amount of drawback are 7,517 billion vnd.
