The Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department has publicized the list of 35 enterprises with tax debt

In this list the Ho Chi Minh Tax Department has publicized enterprises’ information of tax debt including: the name of the enterprise, address, tax code, the name of the legal representative and the amount of tax debt.
Enterprises with a huge tax debt include: Thang Long Steel Joint Stock Company has a tax debt of more than 41.5 billion vnd; Binh Hung Seafood Processing Private Enterprises with a tax debt of over 29 billion vnd, M.K Construction-Trading-Transport Co.,Ltd with a tax debt of over 22 billion vnd, Lung Lo Joint TAPBO Joint Stock Company with a tax debt of over 19 billion vnd; and Nhan Van Service and Trade Co.,Ltd with a tax debt of over 18 billion vnd.
Earlier in May, 2016, the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department also publicized the first batch of 2016 with 54 enterprises with tax debt totaling nearly 548 billion vnd.
The Ho Chi Minh Tax Department said, until September 30, 2016, the total possibly collected debts in the Department is 10,008 billion vnd, reduced by 19.83% compared to the period of December 31, 2015, down 2,476 billion vnd.
From the beginning of this year, along with the implementation of publicizing and coercive collection of enterprises which have tax debt on the mass media, the Ho Chi Minh Tax Department has also implemented many measures to collect tax debt.

As the result, by the end of September, 2016, the Ho Chi Minh Tax Department collected 8,745 billion vnd of tax debt which was transferred from 2015. Including tax debt collected by managed measure of 5,308 billion, and collected by coercive measures of 3,437 billion vnd.
