The business conditions must naturally be satisfied upon operation such as conditions on electricity, water, light ...; or conditions at higher level besides conditions at lower level. At present, the Ministry of Health continues to review and abolish the decrees and circulars stipulating unnecessary business investment conditions.

For the group of business conditions proposed to be abolished, as stipulated in the Laws and Ordinances, the Ministry of Health s proposes to the Government to report to the National Assembly on speeding up the consideration and amendment of such documents.

For the group of conditions in the guiding documents of the Law (including the Decree, the Prime Minister's Decision, the Circular ...): developing draft Decree in the form of a document amending many documents.
