The Taxation has implemented over 300 online public services at multiple levels

Implementing Resolution 36a/NQ-CP, the GDT has applied e-invoice nationwide. The GDT supported over 200 businesses at 2 Tax Departments: Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City in registering and issuing verified e-invoice. Specifically, as of 15 October 2017, 5,201.632 invoices were verified by the Taxation with the total amount of 3,000 billion VND.

For the e-tax service, the Taxation has continuously deployed the services of e-tax declaration and payment for a house for rent and e- tax payment for the transfer of real estate. The GDT piloted e-tax declaration for rental declaration at Ha Noi Customs Department and Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department and its subordinate tax branches.

According to the report of Taxation, as of 15 October 2017, 32,016 e-declarations were received. Currently, the GDT has continuously supported the pilot and expanded nationwide after the evaluation of pilot results. It has successfully connected with 3 commercial banks including Vietcombank, Vietinbank and Agribank and planned to deploy in the fourth quarter of 2017.

In addition, the GDT has collaborated with Traffic Police Department, banks and Truong Hai and Honda agents. It has also completed the pilot registration in Ba Dinh and Hai Ba Trung Districts of Ha Noi. Currently, the application system of e-tax declaration and payment of registration fee has been widely deployed in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City when it has full legal basis.

On 1 August 2017, the system provided VAT refund service for exports and investment of taxpayers in 63 provinces and cities. Until 15 October 2017, 2,155 businesses registered e-tax refund declaration, reaching 31.94% of 6,747 businesses registering electronic VAT refund for exports and investment via e-channel with a total received dossier of 5,295 dossiers. The total amount of tax refund was over 30.4 trillion VND. The total handled dossier was 1,629 dossiers with the total amount of 10.3 trillion VND.

In November 2017, the GDT will continuously provide service of e-invoice verified by the Tax; support Ha Noi Tax Department and Ho Chi Minh Department for e-Tax declaration and payment for a house for rent and e- tax payment for the transfer of real estate.

The Taxation plans to deploy e-Registration fee payment in Ha Noi in the fourth quarter of 2017 and support 63 Tax departments for the implementation of e-tax refund.
