This year, 55 online public services to be integrated and provided on National public service portal

VCN - The Prime Minister recently approved the list of integrated online public services to be provided on the National Public Service Portal this year.

In the list of online public services that must be integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal in 2021, 11 services in the group of public services to be implemented the plan for simplifying administrative procedures and citizenship documents related to residential management such as: issue, re-issue, and change of citizen's identity card; identify the identity card number when a citizen's identity card is issued; permanent residence registration; temporary residence registration; declare temporary absence; notice of residing temporarily; joint registration for birth-permanent residence-health insurance for children under six years old and granting aj ordinary passport.

In addition, the new issuance category has 44 services in the group of essential online public services according to E-Government Development Index of the United Nations, which are: extension of temporary residence, granting visa for foreigners in Vietnam; granting construction permits for individual houses; provide information on construction planning; register to take the national high school graduation exam and apply for university and college admission; primary enrollment registration (nursery school, primary school, junior high school, high school); registration and granting license plates of motorcycles; change of driving licenses granted by the transportation industry; personal tax declaration; payment of taxes and registration fees (individuals, businesses); payment of tuition fees and hospital fees payment.

In the list of online public services that must be integrated soon, offered on the National Public Services Portal by 2021, there are 48 services at level 4.

Besides the services approved above, based on the conditions of ministries, sectors and localities, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, General Director of Vietnam Social Insurance and Chairman of People's Committee Provinces and Cities will approve the list, roadmap and responsibilities of agencies and units in the integration and provision of online public services and online payment on the National Public Service Portal in 2021 to ensure that the minimum rates are met as prescribed in Resolution No. 01 of the Government dated January 1, 2021 on main tasks and solutions to implement socio-economic development plan and State budget estimates in 2021.
