The infringing goods


Specifically, the shipment was carried by CARGOLUX AIRLINES's flight to Noi Bai airport from June 2020. On October 8, the Customs Branch at Noi Bai International Airport Border Gate coordinated with the Northern Region Anti-Smuggling Enforcement Unit (Anti-Smuggling Investigation Department) and Customs Enforcement Team (Hanoi Customs Department to inspect the suspicious shipment. The 30-day limit since the arrival date at the import checkpoint is over, the shipment has not gone through customs procedures.

The Air Cargo Services of Vietnam Joint Stock Companyhas also sent three invitation letters to the consignee, but the consignee named in the bill of lading has not come for the shipment.

As a result of the inspection, the competent forces discovered that the shipment contains 100 boxes of 50-gram tinned tobacco and 3,140 cigars of all kinds mixed with other supplementary foods, powdered milk and consumer goods and has the consignee as an individual

The infringing goods are on the List of conditional imports under Decree No. 15/2018 / ND-CP dated February 2, 2018 and Circular 37/2013/TT-BCT dated December 30, 2013 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
