Vietnam Border Guard Law and Residence Law (revised) discussed at National Assembly

VCN - During the second working day of the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly, the National Assembly will focus on listening to online discussions on some controversial issues related to the draft Residence Law (revised) and the Vietnam Border Guard Law.

The first working day of 10th session of the 14th National Assembly

Specifically, in the morning, Member of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly’s Law Committee Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Report on explanation, acquisition and revision of the draft Residence Law (revised). After that, the National Assembly discussed a number of controversial issues related to the draft Residence Law (revised).

The submitting agency and the agency in charge of verification shall report and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

In the afternoon, Member of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly’sCommittee on National Defense and Securitypresented a report on the explanation, acquisition and revision of the draft Vietnam Border Guard Law. The National Assembly is conducting online discussions on a number of controversial issues of the draft Vietnam Border Guard Law.

The submitting agency and the agency in charge of verification shall report and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
