Vietnam honours leading ICT companies in 2020
The award winning companies operate across 15 fields including software export, Fintech, IT services, business process outsourcing, finance and banking technologies, e-government solutions, start-ups, digital content, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, digital marketing, and IT solutions suitable for smart cities.
They have been selected from more than 170 applications since Vietnam’s top 10 ICT Companies campaign was launched in late August 2020.
Notably, according to VINASA, more than 80% of the participating enterprises are researching and applying new technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) in product and solution development.
These firms will be directly introduced to more than 2,000 domestic agencies and more than 10,000 partners from nearly 100 economies around the world under VINASA’s international cooperation network.
They will participate in Vietnam’s key IT and trade promotion programs and the world’s leading exhibitions and conferences in the United States, Japan, Europe, the Republic of Korea, Australia, among others.
“More importantly, they are the cornerstone of digital transformation programs for agencies and businesses, and also typical representatives of Vietnam’s IT industry to enter the global value chain,” said a VINASA representative.
VINASA statistics show that total revenue of leading ICT businesses honoured in 2019 reached nearly VND2,000 trillion, accounting for more than 76% of the total earnings of Vietnam’s ICT industry. The ICT businesses raked in more than VND4,900 billion from software exports, representing nearly 24% of Vietnam’s total software export value.
