4.9 million dossiers are processed through National Single Window

Specifically, to March 15, 2022, there were 244 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and branches connected to the National Single Window, with nearly 4.9 million dossiers of nearly 53,000 businesses.
From January 1, 2022 to the end of March 15, 2022, the number of dossiers processed on the National Single Window Portal was 155,589, with more than 1,300 participating businesses.
Regarding the implementation of the National Single Window, the Ministry of Finance recently held a consultation on the draft Decree on connection and information sharing in the fields of export, import, transit goods, people on exit, entry, transit and means of transport following the national single window mechanism.
At the same time, developing a master plan on building and developing an information technology system to serve the implementation of the National Single Window and the ASEAN Single Window towards centralized processing.
Currently, the Customs authority is conducting a survey for the construction of an information technology system to implement the National Single Window towards centralized processing.
At the same time, developing a plan to hire a consultant to develop the project, in order to build an overall architectural model, apply the technologies of the industrial revolution 4.0 and inherit the results of the systems that have been achieved.
At the same time, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has developed and submitted to the Government for approval the Action Plan on implementing the National Single Window, promoting the logistics industry and facilitating trade in the 2022-2026 period.
