An Giang Customs: revenue collection achieves over 80% of target

According to An Giang Customs Department, as of April 19, this unit has collected 154.7 billion VND and paid into the state budget, achieved by 87.6% of the plan assigned by the Ministry of Finance and reaching 81.4% of the target.

The reason is that some solar power projects have imported equipment and facilities for these projects through the My Thoi port Customs Branch. The Branch has also guided and facilitated these enterprises in order to implement solar power projects in a timely manner.

Along with that, An Giang Customs Department effectively implemented the work of anti-smuggling and trade fraud; facilitating the nurturing of revenue sources has positively impacted the state budget collection and remittance of the units.

According to the leaders of An Giang Customs Department, from now until the end of the year, the unit continues to implement synchronously trade facilitation solutions, effectively implementing revenue collection and coordination with banks in order to increase revenue for the state budget.
