Bac Ninh Customs receive over 91 thousand of declarations in one month

Also in the period from 16/7 to 15/8, the total number of enterprises doing customs clearance were 2,832 with a total import and export turnover was over $US 10.097 billion in this period. In that, export reached more than $US 5.324 billion, import reached $US 4.773 billion. Thus, it raised the total import and export turnover from the beginning of 2017 to 15/8 to over $US 81,477 billion, equaling 136% over the same period of 2016.

As known that imported goods which are done procedures in the unit are mainly machinery and equipment for producing fixed assets of investment projects, raw materials for production, processing materials such as electronic components, fabrics, mobile phones, ... The main imported items are products, processed from imported raw materials and minerals, agroforestry products.

Statistics on the results of handling customs violations in the month showed that Bac Ninh Customs made violation records for 58 cases with total fines of more than 784.946 million VND with the following violations: declaring and lodging customs dossiers, not in the prescribed time, declaring incorrect tax code or administrative violations related to tax in customs field, etc.
