Bac Ninh Customs sees revenue collection decrease 4.9%

According to Bac Ninh Customs Department, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has affected directly all aspects of the socio-economy, disrupting supply chains and trade flows, and delaying production activities that lead to many businesses dissolve, go bankrupt, suspend operations, narrow down the scale.

Total import-export turnover through the province increased because of the emergence of many groups of export production, processed and export processing.

However, total turnover of taxable goods decreased because some enterprises did not generate or reduced the import and export, leading to a decrease in revenue collection compared to 2019.

In July, this unit collected VND 1,083 billion, up 80.02% compared to June.

The reason for this achievement is the production and business activities of some enterprises in the area showing signs of recovery.
