This activity aims to promote synergy in the management, control of export, import, exit, entry, transit, fight against crimes and violations of laws at border gates and border crossings in ​​Binh Phuoc province border area.

The two sides agreed coordination in researching and advising the Border Guard Command, the General Department of Customs, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province on guidelines, policies and laws, measures to enhance the effectiveness of State management of customs and border guards; exchanging information, documents, data and situation related to the task performance of each side; patrolling, inspecting, controlling and applying measures to detect, prevent, investigate, handle crimes and violations of law as prescribed; deploying the National Single Window and ASEAN Single Window; building force, publicising law and clarifying the responsibilities of each side in implementing these contents.

According to Binh Phuoc Customs Department, Binh Phuoc Customs and Border Guard forces have performed good coordination in the management and control of export, import, exit, entry and transit, fight against crimes and violations of laws at border gates, border crossings at border areas. The two sides often exchange information and coordinate to arrest and handle violations. Since the beginning of the year, the two forces have cooperated to tackle seven smuggling cases and illegal cross-border transportation cases of goods, mostly drugs. Most recently, Binh Phuoc Customs and Border Guard handled an illegal transport case of 16 kg of drugs in a car at Hoa Lu international border gate, Loc Ninh district, Binh Phuoc province.
