Suspects and drugs hidden in the car.

At about 4:30 p.m. on July 5, competent forces and the traffic police team patrolling and controlling Highway 13, in Hung Chien ward, Binh Long town, Binh Phuoc province discovered a Xpander car, with the license plate 93A-172.44, moving from Binh Long to HCM City showing suspicious signs, and requested to stop the car for inspection.

The forces discovered three plastic cans on the car. Suspects declared these cans containing wild honey. However, the officers found many different packages weighting over 31 kg. Then the suspects declared that these packages were synthetic drugs.

The police agency conducted an emergency search at many locations in Binh Long town related to the suspects who had illegally transported the drugs. The police agency seized two Col and Rulo guns, five rubber bullets and over 1kg of methamphetamine and other related documents.

Local police arrested four suspects, three Vietnamese and one Cambodian, for further investigation.
