Customs ready to share and accompany businesses

VCN- This was stated by Deputy Director General of Vietnam Customs Mai Xuan Thanh at the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) on the afternoon of September 30.

The meeting.

At the meeting, Deputy Director General Thanh said he appreciated the initiative of VBF in working at the General Department of Vietnam Customs. Customs is ready to work with businesses, he said.

Also at themeeting, the General Department of Vietnam Customs received 15 problems from businesses related to tax policy, customs value, sanctioning of administrative violations andtax exemption for scrap in the production of aprocessing company.

Representatives of departments under the General Department of Vietnam Customs answered some problems related to tax policy andtax exemption for scrap in production of the processing company. For problems beyond their competency, the General Department of Vietnam Customs will record and submit them to competent authorities for handling.
