Each debt group should have a detailed assessment of each debt in each declaration form and each enterprise that owes debt in accordance with the guidance in the Decision No. 1505/QD-TCHQ dated 18/5/2015, enclosed with detailed dossiers.

Besides that, the General Department of Vietnam Customs requested all the amount of debts of the above three groups must have detailed dossiers, appropriate with the data of debt tracking in the system and the amount of tax debt which is to be reported to the General Department of Vietnam Customs. In the case where the debt management dossiers are lost, incomplete or incompatible with the figures of debt management, the units should take initiative actions for searching, completing and supplementing dossiers and take full responsibility to the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
