Currently, units under Da Nang Customs Department have signed cooperation agreements with nine enterprises. The signed contents focus on exchanging information, providing data, supporting development cooperation; or signed memorandums of understanding to facilitate the customs process, import, export, comply with the law, reduce risks in import and export activities, and promote customs modernization and reform.
In addition, the Customs-Business partnership has been implemented by the department in various aspects such as providing information, dissemination, supporting businesses, consulting businesses, and supervising Customs-Business cooperation.
In the first six months of the year, the department provided 630 instructions on contents related to customs procedures, customs declaration, HS codes, tax policies, tax accounting; new policies during the anti-pandemic period, additional submission of C/O due to the impact of the pandemic, tax policies on imported goods for pandemic prevention and control.
The department also answered 257 questions related to customs procedures, customs declaration, implementation of tax policy, tax accounting, commodity policy, meeting 100% of the response rate and 100% of the business satisfaction level.
It focused on consulting operators of warehouses, yards, ports, shipping lines, customs brokers in compliance with the customs law, ensuring conditions for customs inspection and supervision; information exchange, assessment and classification of business compliance; expanding cooperation with FDI enterprises, key industries, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
