On December 20, at the headquarters of the GDVC, Deputy Director General Luu Manh Tuong chaired the ceremony to announce and award the appointment decision to Mr. Vu Quang Toan.
The Deputy Director General congratulated and highly appreciated the contribution of the new Deputy Director who has long experience at the Anti-Smuggling and Investigation Department since 1997. This is a favorable condition for him to fulfill the task in the new position.
The Deputy Director General suggested Mr. Vu Quang Toan continue to promote his qualification and experience together with the department’s leadership to fulfill the tasks. Especially, follow directions of leaders at all levels to develop specific programs, plans and provide solutions to achieve targets.
The Deputy Director General also asked the leadership and officers of the Anti-Smuggling and Investigation Department to coordinate and support the new Deputy Director to fulfill his duties.
Deputy Director Vu Quang Toan expressed his gratitude to the GDVC’s leaders and the department’s leadership and officers.
The Deputy Director said he will continue to improve his qualifications, political courage, promote the solidarity to complete the task well.
