Recording at taxpayer support points of Tax Departments of Hoang Mai, Thanh Xuan and Ha Dong on the morning of March 30, 2017 showing that the number of people completing tax settlement procedures was not too crowded. All procedures are solved quickly, so most people when being asked were satisfied.

Talking to a reporter, Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Vietnam Investment and Trade Company Limited (Van Khe New Urban Area, Ha Dong District) said: "Thanks to the thoughtful consultation of tax officers from the previous afternoon, I prepared full documents for tax settlement dossier as required in the morning. Therefore, the procedures were completed quickly, within 5 minutes. "

Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, Chief Accountant of Thanh Dat Pharmaceutical Trading Joint Stock Company said: "Because my company have been operating for a long time, all the procedures were coordinated and resolved quickly by tax officers. Accordingly, the papers and procedures were done electronically, and tax officers will contact directly for any errors occurred, so the procedures do not take much time as before ".

In addition, some cases had procedural difficulties, but dossiers also were quickly completed in a short time due to the instructions of tax officers. Ms. Lai Thu Ha, chief accountant of Ba Vi manufacturing and trading Enterprises (Ha Dong District) shared, in the past time, she bought invoices with her old identity card number, now she was re-issued new identity card number which is not consistent with the identity card number registered when buying invoices. But Ms. Ha stated: “I am consulted by a tax officers to provide my e-identity card. In this afternoon, I will complete the procedures as instructed. All matters were performed quickly and conveniently due to enthusiastic and professional tax officers ".

Tax officers enhanced

According to the brief report of Hoang Mai Tax Branch, on the morning of March 30, 2017, the Branch supported, consulted and completed procedures for nearly 400 taxpayers. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bach, Team leader of Hoang Mai Tax Branch said that in the last days of the month supporting to taxpayers, the number of taxpayers highly increased. The Branch has actively enhanced tax officers to give the best support to people. Also according to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bach, in the peak times like this, the team leader also directly received documents and answered questions to taxpayers.

And at Ha Dong Tax Department, this unit also actively prepared the plan to mobilize the forces of cadres and youth union ready to support if there are signs of overload in the last days of Tax deadline.

According to Phan Van Phuc, Director of Hai Ba Trung Tax Branch, " From the beginning of the month, the Branch has enhanced the propaganda activities for taxpayers on the district's website, in the main streets in the district and sent email for propaganda to taxpayers, coordinated with tax agents and units in the district to accompany with tax agencies, and 99% of taxpayers have made online declarations and with 24/7 stable operation and fast connection, there are no longer concerns about the overloading in the last days of the deadline of tax settlement dossier submission”.
