Four administrative procedures of the Ministry of NRE implemented through the NSW

VCN- The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE) has announced the General Department of Vietnam Customs- the Standing National Steering Committee for the National Single Window and the ASEAN Single Window that it is willing to perform 4 administrative procedures on the national portal.

4 procedures of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment are implemented through the National Single Window.

According to a document signed by the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on September 5, 2016, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment completed the construction of the system to implement 4 formal procedures including: Confirming for registration of importing HCFC; confirming registration of importing Polyon mixed with HCFC-141b; confirming registration of exporting HCFC; and signing for international transport of hazardous waste.

According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, in order to serve for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to perform its schedule, from November 2015, the Standing National Steering Committee has posted guidance on the National Single Window Portal for these 4 procedures.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has connected with the National Single Window since September 2015.

Regarding the implementation of the National Single Window, by the end of August 2016, there have been 7,430 enterprises participating, with 165,312 resolved records.

Currently, there are 33 administrative procedures of 9 Ministries (not including procedures in the field of the Ministry of Finance and the General Department of Vietnam Customs) implemented on the National Single Window Portal.
