Ha Tinh publicized identification of 75 enterprises intentionally delaying to pay tax debt

VCN - Ha Tinh Tax Department announced identification of 75 enterprises owing tax debts, with a total debt of over 87 billion VND. Although the tax authorities have taken urgent measures, those enterprises are still intentionally delaying to fulfil their tax obligations of paying tax to the state budget.

Typically, among 75 enterprises owing tax debt, some enterprises have owed large amount of tax debts such as Ha Tinh Construction 1 Joint Stock Company has owed over 9.6 billion VND; Ha Tinh Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company has owed over 7.3 billion VND; Vu Quang Iron Co., Ltd has owed over 5.5 billion VND; Song Da 27 Joint Stock Company has owed over 4 billion VND; Viet-Laos Development Investment Joint Stock Company has owed over 3.1 billion VND.

In addition, Manh Quan Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has owed over 3.4 billion VND; Ben Thuy shipbuilding one liability limited company has owed over 2.5 billion VND; Ha Tinh Construction Lottery Company Limited has owed over 2.6 billion VND; Chieu Hao Co., Ltd has owed over 2.3 billion VND; Thach Khe Iron Ore Materials and Additives Joint Stock Company has owed over 1.6 billion VND; 1/9 Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. has owed over 2.5 billion VND...

Therefore, in order to promote debt recovery, Ha Tinh Tax Department has strongly urged companies owing tax debt by using many measures but those enterprises are still intentionally delaying to pay debt.

It is known that this is the 10th time in 2018 Ha Tinh Tax Department posted a list of enterprises owing tax debt on the website of the unit.
