By the end of July, Hai Phong Customs Department collected VND30,692 billion, reaching 45.8% of the target assigned by the Ministry of Finance (VND67,000 billion), reaching 43.2% of the target of the General Department, down 24.9% over the same period in 2019.
In particular, Hai Phong area collected VND26,865 billion, 47% compared with the target assigned by the Ministry of Finance (VND57,100 billion), 44.1% compared with the target assigned by the General Department of Vietnam Customs, decreasing 23,7% over the same period in 2019.
Among nine Customs Branches under the Hai Phong Customs Department, there are three units with assigned target of revenue collection of VND10,000 billion or more: Hai Phong Port area 1 Customs Branch (VND21,900 billion); Hai Phong port area 3 Customs Branch (VND11,500 billion); Dinh Vu port Customs Branch (VND10,350 billion).
