More than 130,000 declarations cleared at Hai Phong Customs

There were 69,270 import declarations and 61,231 export declarations.
The Export processing Zone and Industrial Park Customs Branch cleared 31,996 declarations. Hai Phong Seaport Customs Branch of Zone 2 cleared 2,510 declarations.
Hai Phong Seaport Customs Branch of Zone 3 cleared 8,324 declarations.
Thai Binh Customs Branch cleared 6,703 declarations.
In February, the rate of customs declarations classified channel at Hai Phong Customs Department was 52.7% in the Green channel, 42% in the Yellow channel and 5.3 % in the Red channel.
The rate of customs declarations classified channel at four customs branches (Hai Phong Seaport Customs Branch of Zone 1, Hai Phong Seaport Customs Branch of Zone 2, Hai Phong Seaport Customs Branch of Zone 3 and Dinh Vu Seaport Customs Branch) was 18.9% of Green channel, 69.5% of Yellow channel and 11.6 % of Red Channel.
The rate of Yellow channel and Red Channel at seaport customs branches was up to 81% (equivalent to 15,153 declarations).
In February, the total import and export turnover of goods at Hai Phong Customs Department reached $6.05 billion, a sharp increase of 45.1% compared to 2019.
Export turnover reached more than $3 billion, increasing by 66.3%, taxable turnover reached $10.6 million, up 5.1%.
Import turnover reached $3.034 billion, up 28.7%, taxable import turnover reached nearly $1.214 billion, up 6.6%.
By the end of February, Hai Phong Customs Department collected VND8,624 billion, reaching 12.87% compared to the target assigned by the Ministry of Finance, decreasing by 23.3% compared to 2019.
Particularly, Hai Phong city’s revenue was VND7,454 billion, reaching 13.05% compared to the target assigned by the Ministry of Finance, decreasing by 23% compared to 2019.
