The 2 veterinary new procedures of the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development are: Registration of quarantine for imported terrestrial animals and animal products and the issue of Veterinary Certificate for imported terrestrial animals and animal products.
Until 15 October 2017, NSW officially connected with 11 ministries and sectors. The total dossier processed via NSW was 558,400 dossiers with the join of more than 14,500 businesses.
In addition, the General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has collaborated with 6 ministries and sectors to complete technical documents, operational activities, and software for 22 new procedures to post on NSW from now to the end of December 2017.
Besides, the GDVC submitted the Ministry of Finance to report to the Prime Minister for promulgation of Decision No. 43/2017/QD-TTg stipulating the implementation of Customs procedures for aircrafts on exit, entry or in transit via NSW.
It has also coordinated with ministries and sectors in developing a plan for application in the whole country of procedures for ships’ arrival at and departure from ports, inland ports and offshore oil ports under provisions in Decree 58 /2017 ND-CP.

Regarding the implementation of ASW, the GDVC has reviewed technical system to for official connection and collaborated with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Information and Communications to approve a plan of deployment and prepare information technology infrastructure for the official implementation of ASW on e-C/O form D.
